Who We Are
At Goopish, we are more than just a brand; we are a family. Jan and Rod, a mother and father duo, founded our business in 2012 from their home as the creators and distributors of the “Imagine Fashion” clothing brand. Jan decided to take a chance on creating a clothing line of her own out of Italy! Jan was thrilled with this change, but it was a stressful time for Rod.
Unfortunately, their initial launch was not successful due to sizing issues. But Jan and Rod persisted and started working with designers in Italy to create a brand that fit real women. Jan’s love for natural colors inspired her to create a palette of hues, including pinks, greens, grays, and soft washed colors, that are now synonymous with our brand.
Our team is an essential part of Goopish. Jan always asks them to go above and beyond to help customers, and they rise to the occasion every time. We have an incredible team of 26 local men and women who work diligently to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every person who shops with us feels special.
Our goal has always been to provide affordable, elegant, and fashionable clothing options to women in Australia, New Zealand and now most of the world. We are proud of our roots and of the passion we put into every piece of clothing we create. For us, it’s all about helping women feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.
